Creme Cheese Pancakes
Quick creme cheese pancakes
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp Cinnamon add more or less based on taste
- 1.5 oz Butter organic
- 2 whole eggs
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth
Let rest for 2 minutes so the bubbles can settle.
Pour 1/4 of the batter into a hot pan greased with butter or pam spray
Cook for 2 minutes until golden, flip and cook 1 minute on the other side.
Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Chicken and Vegetables

- 3 oz Chicken Thigh
- 4 oz Vegetables of choice I Prefer Mixed Vegetables for this
- 2 oz butter organic
Heat the butter in a pan then add cut up chicken thigh and brown until no longer pink in the middle.
Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and allow to cook until tender.
Serve hot and enjoy.
Drumsticks and Vegetables
- 2 4 oz Chicken Drumsticks WITH SKIN
- 4 oz Mixed Vegitables
- 2 oz Butter organic
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place chicken in oven and bake for 30 minutes until brown with no pink in the inside.
Cut up vegetables and steam
Add butter to a hot pan and add in your drumsticks and steamed vegetables
